Donation & Refund Policy

Vedavarsity Foundation's courses are offered on a voluntary contribution basis, and we want every donor and student to feel confident about how their contribution is handled.

Donation corrections & refunds

If you made a donation in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount — contact us within 14 days at contact@vedavarsityfoundation.com with your transaction details, and we will review and process a correction or refund where appropriate.

Recurring donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel or modify it at any time by contacting us or through your donation platform account. Charges already processed before a cancellation request follow the standard refund review above.

Course contributions

Course access itself is never withheld for inability to pay. If you contributed toward a course and experience a genuine access issue, contact us and we'll work with you directly.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though timing back to your original payment method depends on your bank or payment provider.
