Vedavarsity Foundation was incorporated as a society under the BC Societies Act on June 1, 2026. Our Constitution, Certificate of Incorporation, and Bylaws are available on request at contact@vedavarsityfoundation.com.

Note: Vedavarsity Foundation is a registered nonprofit society. It is not yet registered as a charity with the Canada Revenue Agency, so donations are not currently tax-deductible.

Organizational structure

Vedavarsity is the teaching platform through which Vedavarsity Foundation's educational programs are delivered. Leadership is detailed on our About page.

Financial transparency

Vedavarsity Foundation was incorporated on June 1, 2026. As a newly incorporated society, we do not yet have a completed fiscal year or audited financial statements to publish. Our first Annual General Meeting and financial reporting will follow the timelines set out in our Bylaws. Once available, our annual report and financial statements will be linked here.

Donations fund teacher stipends, translation of scripture into new languages, platform maintenance, and development of new courses. See our donation page for more detail.

See our impact page for enrollment and reach figures. We report combined figures for Vedavarsity Foundation and Vedavarsity since these programs share the same teaching platform and faculty.
